There are two steps to the registration procedure:

STEP 1: Complete the registration form and return it

STEP 2: Complete the secure online payment

Only when step 1 AND 2 have been completed (both the registration form and the payment have been received), will you be registered for the conference. You will receive notification of payment and registration when succesful.

Fill in the form (word file) and return to Holly Etchell. If you have any problems downloading the form or returning it please contact Holly at h.etchell@bham.ac.uk.

STEP 2:

This will take you to the University of Birmingham online secure payment site.
