As a follow up from a successful Sport Nutrition Conference in Birmingham UK in 2007, several of the worlds leading Sports nutritionists will return to Birmingham for another International Sport Nutrition meeting. The goal of the conference is to get an update on several areas of sports nutrition and to translate the science into practical advice. Check the programme here.



An active conference !
Who says a conference is about sitting back and relaxing? This conference in Birmingham will all be about action and interaction. The programme will include an outdoor activity programme that will take participants to one of Britains most loved forests Cannock's Chase.
Here the particpants will compete in teams in orienteering, mountain biking, running and several other activities. Make sure the glycogen stores are fully loaded!


Villa Park !
On day 1 the conference will be based at Villa Park the famous and historical football ground of Aston Villa FC, the largest of the big 4 Birmingham football clubs. A shuttle service will be provided from the centre of Birmingham. For information and directions click here.
